UMN Announcement:
We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for our Short-Term UMN Sustainability Immersive Program, July 2026! This is an incredible opportunity for students to gain an enriching cultural and academic experience in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. In previous batches, we welcomed over 60 paricipants from 10 countries, making this event truly international, allowing students to learn from fellow participants from all around the world.
UMN Sustainability Immersive Program (3 Weeks) is a dynamic program includes a 1-week immersive experience, giving students hands-on exposure to Indonesian culture and Sustainability practices, while also earning a 3-credit course on Sustainability Implementation from UMN!
Notes:
Nominations must be submitted by university staff.
The program costs USD 300, which includes dormitory, meals (3 times a day), airport pick-up, local transportation, and immersive experiences.
There will be 1 free seat for faculty members for every 10 students participating in the UMN Sustainability Immersive Program. Everything is covered except flight tickets and visa (if required).
Participants are expected to complete the full program duration.
