- NOMINATIONS FOR MOBILITIES TAKING PLACE IN THE SECOND (SPRING) SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/27:
Before you proceed with the nominations in April and/or September, we would like to draw your attention to some important points:
- Please ensure that all information is entered accurately and completely.
- Please note that nomination does not automatically guarantee a student’s acceptance for mobility. Nominated candidates will be contacted by email a few weeks after the nomination with instructions on the application procedure. Candidates who fail to submit their application by the specified deadline will be considered withdrawn.
- Nominations must comply with the bilateral agreements currently in force with our University, including the correct subject area code/ISCED code, mobility duration, and the number of available places. During the internal selection process at your university, allocations and subsequent acceptance or rejection of applications will be based on these criteria.
