Nominations must be submitted by the home university coordinator no later than April 24, 2026.
Please use the attached Excel nomination form.
Ø Application Deadline for Nominated Students:
All application documents must be submitted by May 15, 2026.

1. Consent Form for Collection and Use of Personal Information (attached)
2. Student Exchange Application Form (attached)
3. Official Enrollment Verification from Home University (in English, apostille required)
4. Academic Transcript or equivalent proof of academic performance (in English)
5. Letter of Recommendation signed by the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, or Dean
6. Personal Statement (in English or Korean, free format)
7. Study Plan (in English or Korean, free format)
8. Copy of Passport
9. Passport-sized Photo
#3. Scholarship Information (Spring Semester)
Exchange students participating in a one-year (two-semester) exchange program beginning in Fall 2026 and continuing into Spring 2027 may be eligible for the following scholarship.
Spring Scholarship Details
Ø Eligibility: Exchange students admitted for Spring 2027
Ø Amount: KRW 100,000 per month for 4 months (Total: KRW 400,000)
Ø Recipients: Up to 50 students awarded on a first-come, first-served basis (based on the date when all required application documents have been fully submitted)
#4. Korean Language Program
Exchange students may enroll in Korean language courses offered by the Korean Language and Culture Education Center at a discounted rate.
Ø Eligibility: All exchange students, regardless of exchange duration
Ø Class Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
(Fall semester: September 7 – November 13, Spring semester: March 8 – May 14)
Ø Total Hours: 200 hours
Ø Tuition: KRW 1,200,000 → Discounted fee: KRW 600,000
Ø Completion Requirements
· Minimum 80% attendance
· Overall evaluation score of 60 or higher
· Students who do not meet these requirements must voluntarily withdraw from the program
