The Home University will ensure that students selected for exchange possess the required language skills and have completed at least two years of bachelor’s studies before the exchange program.

Students may apply through the dean’s office/directorate of their institution via e-BEYAS by addressing “Uluslararası Öğrenci Koordinatörlüğü”.
MGIMO provides accommodation in the school residence on the University campus free of charge.
They have Bachelor and Master level programs taught in English from International relations, Politics, International economic relations. They also offer foreign students to learn the Russian language free of charge .
