Italy Ca’ Foscari Spring School 2026

The School for International Education at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice is pleased to announce the upcoming edition of our Spring School in Italian for Academic Purposes, which will take place from March 30 to April 3, 2026.

This program is specifically designed for those who wish to refine their linguistic competence to succeed in an Italian university environment. The curriculum focuses on developing the specific skills required to attend lectures, take notes, and produce academic texts in Italian.

The course is open to:

• International students involved in mobility programs;
• International PhD students and research fellows active in Italy;
• Researchers and visiting professors from abroad;
• And in general, anyone wishing to use Italian more effectively in a University environment.

This one-week intensive program includes:

• 20 hours of Italian language classes, focusing on academic vocabulary, oral presentation skills, and formal writing.
• Targeted activities designed for participants with an intermediate or advanced level of Italian (from B2 upwards).
• A certificate of attendance issued by the School for International Education upon successful completion of the course.
