At the meeting of the University Executive Board dated 22 May 2025, it was decided to establish the “Orhun Exchange Program Office” under the coordination of our university’s International Student Office, for the implementation of the Orhun Program, which aims to facilitate student and faculty exchange among higher education institutions which are member universities of Turkic Council Turkic Universities Union.

Within the framework of the protocols signed between Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction for the Spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, a total of four faculty members, two from each university, will be able to benefit from the exchange program for one week.
Faculty members who wish to participate in this program must fill out Annex 1 – Information and Collaboration Form and submit it to the International Students Coordination Office by Friday, 31 October 2025, within official working hours.
Our university will cover the travel expenses of outgoing staff, while accommodation and lunch will be provided for incoming staff.
The facilities and conditions offered by Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction for the 2025–2026 Spring semester are as follows:

2025-2026 Academic year, Fall term
A protocol has been signed between our university and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. Within the scope of this protocol, a total of four academic staff members—two outgoing and two incoming—are expected to participate in the exchange program for the minumun 1 week and maximum 2 weeks with each university. Academic staff members who wish to benefit from this exchange program are required to complete the necessary documents in full and send them via email to iso@ankara.edu.tr by August 4, 2025, at the latest.
